OUR BACKGROUND
EDGE Kerry was founded by Colleen Murphy and David Leane, combining experience in hospitality, property management, photography, sales and marketing.
Colleen has several years of hands-on experience managing and preparing local holiday homes and Airbnbs. As a professional photographer, she brings a strong focus on presentation, organisation and guest experience.
David brings experience in commercial management, sales, digital marketing and SEO, alongside a background in family-run hospitality. His focus is on pricing, marketing, listing performance and owner relationships.
Together, we combine practical property management with commercial expertise to deliver a professional, hands-on service.
